Refund & Makeup Policy
To request a cancellation or makeup, please log in to your account and submit a request,
or contact our program assistant for assistance.
Regular Class
- To cancel your enrollment in a regular class, you must submit a request at least 2 weeks in advance. Please note that individual class sessions cannot be canceled separately.
- Upon approval, a prorated refund for the remaining unused classes will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days, less a 5% processing fee.
Makeup /Class Switch for Regular Class
- Eligibility: Class switches are only available for Regular Classes. (Summer Camps, Trial Classes, and Competitive Coaching Packages are strictly excluded).
Switch Limits:
Each individual class can be switched at most once.
Each Semester allows a maximum of two class switches in total. One school year has two semesters.
- How to Request: To schedule a make-up class, please log in to your account and submit your request via the “Class Switch” tab.
Trial Class
- Trial class is nonrefundable.
- However, upon completion of the trial, a trial class credit will be issued to your account balance.
- The trial class credit may only be applied toward regular class enrollments. It cannot be used for future trial classes or other programs.
- Please note that this credit is limited to one per account.
Camp
- 14 or more days before the camp start date:
Families may receive a full refund as account credits (valid toward future programs), OR 95% cash refund.
- Within 14 days before the camp start date:
A 50% refund will be issued as account credit only. Cash refunds are not available during this period.
- After the camp start date:
NO refunds or credits will be issued.
